We are a small company whose goal is to offer youth hostel accommodation, providing comfort and a good night’s sleep for our guests. The youth hostel is within walking distance of Norrköping town centre. We are located close to Hageby Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants, open from early morning until late at night. Public transport routes with frequent services throughout Norrköping pass close to the hostel. The hostel also has its own parking facilities.

Accommodation and Prices
Shared accommodation in an apartment with a shared kitchen and shower room
Single room: 225 SEK per night
Double room: 350 SEK per night
3-bed room: 405 SEK per night

Our apartments are all equipped with washing machines and there is a TV in every room.
All payments are to be made in SEK for the entire stay upon arrival.

Check-in: Between 3pm and 8pm. NB! If you have booked accommodation in Linköping, please contact us via telephone (not e-mail) at least two hours before arrival to agree upon a check-in time.

We can only answer your telephone and mail enquiries in English.

PAYMENTS are to be made upon arrival when you will also be given your key. Please note that you will not be entitled to a refund if you choose to vacate the accommodation earlier than planned.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS: Cancellations must be made no later than 11am one day before check-in date. We charge a one-night cancellation fee for later cancellations and no-shows.
CHECKING OUT No later than 11am. The check-out time can be extended until no later than 2pm at a cost of 150 SEK per hour, but please inform us when booking or checking in. If your accommodation has not been vacated by 11am and you have not advised us that you would like an extension of the check-out time, you will be charged an hourly rate and we will remove your possessions from the room/apartment.
RESPONSIBILITY: The guest is responsible for any damage caused by him/herself or his/her guests. The guest is also responsible for his/her personal belongings.
SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. We are entitled to demand compensation for washing or replacing smoke-damaged effects etc.
CAN SLEEPING BAGS BE USED?
Answer: No, sleeping bags are not permitted for hygienic reasons. You can rent sheets from us or bring your own, which we may want to see upon arrival.
Are guests permitted in the rooms?
Answer: No guests are permitted in individual rooms. If you rent a whole apartment it is okay if you would like to invite people over for dinner or coffee, for example. You can only have guests to stay the night as long as the number of people in the apartment does not exceed the number of beds. Please note that you are responsible for the actions of your guests and that if anything gets broken you will be held responsible.
Is it okay to, for example, rent a single or double room and allow a 2nd or 3rd person to sleep on a mattress on the floor?
Answer: NO You must pay for the number of people that need the accommodation, 1 person in a single room, 2 people in a double room etc etc.
We would like to book 2 single rooms, can you guarantee that both rooms will be in the same apartment?
Answer: No, we can never make any guarantees, but we always try to cater for our guests’ wishes. It is important to state that you would like to live in the same apartment when you book the rooms.
We won’t be able to get there before you close, can you stay open longer?
Answer: No. We cannot keep our staff here since we would have to pay them overtime, which would lead to higher prices for our accommodation.
Can you guarantee that all your accommodation is smoke-free?
Answer: No, although we do not permit smoking anywhere on our premises, people do not always respect the ban, which means that we cannot guarantee anything.
Is your accommodation wheelchair-friendly?
Answer: No, but we do have a number of smaller apartments on ground level where you won’t need to use any stairs or steps.
Are parties and loud music permitted in the rooms/apartments?
Answer: Definitely not! Any activities that disturb other residents/guests will result in immediate eviction without refunds. You might also be liable to pay “Störningsjouren” charges (a call-out service for residential disturbances).
